Stop energy leaks in your work & rebalance your life
Overwhelm, burnout, discouragement, and fatigue can happen in business and life even when you LOVE what you do. Lots of entrepreneurs I’ve worked with start to feel like “what’s the point?” and feel lost about where to start in order to get closer to their goals and move the needle in their business.
The culprit? It’s usually a combination of:
Taking on too much at once
Not being clear on where the energy leaks are in their work
Underestimating their need for balance and joy OUTSIDE of work
Working hard but not smart due a lack of a foundational business structure and a clear understanding of what to prioritize.
Following someone else’s business model without taking into account their unique offering and work-life needs.
The first place to look? Follow what lights you up. Follow what you are innately motivated by. It will GIVE you energy and open your mind up to creative solutions you never could have seen had you just kept plugging away at the “proper” business model.
A list of everything you have planned or on-the-go in your business right now. Which one lights you up the most?
List of things you do that fill you with joy and nourish you. Which one are you craving the most?
Replace one business item on your list with one joy-filled item
And then please remember the productivity of joy. Take care of yourself as a human - you are what your business relies on!
You AND your business have pretty specific primary foods - things you absolutely need to have in place to thrive. And ps - having a lot of followers or a viral video are not on the list.
But what is on the list is alignment - with who you are, what you need, and how you offer it.
Business school basics mixed with some pretty empowering and clarifying holistic health strategies.
Sustainable success happens when we are brave enough to look at what we’re doing, let some things go, follow our hearts and energy, and consistently check-in along the way.
Quarterly business planning workshop is now open. New, growing, excited, stuck, overwhelmed entrepreneurs welcome.
