You do not need to white-knuckle your growth

"Worry less about missing your chance for what's next. Focus more on being present with how you feel and what you need now."

Here's a shift you can make today:

Instead of trying to push yourself towards a big leap because you are afraid you won't get another shot - stop listening to the fear. Zoom into the now. Choose the steps that take the most care of you, as you are right now.

Ask yourself:

"What if my life's opportunities are not finite? What if I didn't have to make decisions feeling rushed or with FOMO?"

Rewrite your belief:

How does it feel in your body when you carry the energy and belief that you must act NOW or you will miss out forever?

How much do you associate growth with "white-knuckling"?

No matter how great this leap *could* be, remember that growth only happens just at the edge of your comfort zone when you are nourished and supported - not when you floor it towards the edge of a cliff fueled by more caffeine than sleep.

What could it look like to move slowly today toward your goal? What could it look like to be in capacity in your life, to have your needs met, and to feel grounded before reaching out into the unknown?

Growth can happen slowly and peacefully. Growth can (and does) happen one step at a time.

If you aren't ready for it right now, it's not meant for you right now.

Take this with you:

Your intuition is working. You ARE being nudged towards growth and change. But it is outdated societal programming that has led you to believe you must be stressed in order to feel like you are “doing enough”; that you are letting yourself down if you don’t move full throttle towards your vision. You are not letting anyone down when you choose to move slowly, when you choose to pause and listen to what you need, when you take the time to respond with care.

Take the time to respond with care.

What's grounding you in your life right now? What's working? In what ways are you nourished and cared for?

What is ONE step towards growth you can take today in ONE arena?

Plants grow roots before they grow shoots and before they bloom. So can you.
