Welcome

Who am I and what do I do?

On the outside - Emma. Mom, wife, writer, coach, gardener.

What I do in each of these roles is governed by these two core beliefs:

  1. As humans, we exist within and are governed by the same principles and cycles as the rest of the natural world.

  2. Every single one of us is here on purpose. We are purposeful, intentional, sovereign, and powerful.

You are here on purpose. I believe that our humanness is our power and our emotions our greatest guides on the path to living that purpose.

You are wiser, more healed, and more ready to step away from everything that is holding you back. Stop chasing information. Start integrating what you know and living with the intention you know you are meant to.

You are here on purpose and every step you take towards living in alignment with that purpose elevates, simplifies, empowers, and clarifies every area of your life.

My work in the wellness and mental health field over the last decade began with health coaching and leading yoga and meditation classes. It has led me to study psychology, relationships, mental health, and somatics, and to work with clients that range from international business leaders and wellness influencers to CEOs, philanthropists, and award-winning artists. I have worked with writers, students, entrepreneurs, and people with beautiful simple lives who are just trying to find meaning and peace or overcome inconceivable loss. I have worked in kitchens, in bars, at fancy resorts, and have helped steer multi-million dollar businesses.

All of this and more has led me to more than a few truths, but there is one I keep returning to and anchoring into more than ever: humans do not need more information about what they need; we need more intention and integration with what we have.

My work is the work that takes all your life experiences and helps them to make sense so you can navigate the landscape of your own inner and outer worlds more deliberately and intentionally. It is the work of learning to love the life you have now while building the life of your dreams. It is the work of a lifetime and I hope I see you here.
